My name is Kiki and I created The Pain Rewrite to be a place of support, help, and understanding for anyone navigating life with chronic pain-because I’m walking this path right along beside you…
Several years ago, a devastating and debilitating ankle break changed the course of my life.
What I thought would be a temporary setback became a long journey of surgeries, frustrations, and daily pain.
I know firsthand the physical toll, emotional drain, and loneliness of feeling like no one truly understands what you’re going through.
I entered a season of deep struggle physically, emotionally, and spiritually that gradually morphed into a refining journey of trust, hope, surrender, and ultimately purpose.
Chronic pain can be invisible to others, but God sees every tear…and I am living proof that He has a plan even in the waiting!
As a retired dental hygienist, I spent my career helping and caring for others.
Now I’ve turned that same passion and hard-earned experience toward assisting others, especially women, in navigating life with chronic pain.
That is why I started The Pain Rewrite: to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and encouraged through your own healing journey.
Whether your chronic pain stems from an injury, illness, disease, side effects from a surgery/treatment, or from a long list of other contributing factors to chronic pain….I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
I’m excited to share with you what has helped me along my journey to make the tough days more manageable.
Here, at The Pain Rewrite, you’ll find:
~ Gentle guidance and helpful tips for physical and emotional
relief.
~ Encouragement for the tough, quiet moments no one talks
about.
~ A supportive space where moving forward in healing isn’t rushed-but respected and honored.
Whether you’re in the middle of recovery, learning to live with a new normal, or just feeling weary and trying to get through each day-know this: there is hope, there are tools, and there is community here at The Pain Rewrite.
This space is about more than just coping and surviving….it’s about learning to thrive, grow, and blossom even in the midst of challenges.
Pain may be a part of your story, but it’s not the end of it.
Trust me when I say:
Your story still matters.
God is not finished with you.
There is purpose in pain and beauty in becoming all you are meant to be.
You are not alone!
Here, at The Pain Rewrite, we will rewrite the narrative of pain into one of renewed hope, strength, purpose, and peace.
Let’s walk this road together with faith, courage, and grace, one step at a time.
Rewriting pain together,
Kiki
